Western blot was performed using VPS26A Monoclonal Antibody (CL2287) (Product # MA5-31365) and a 38 kDa band corresponding to Vps26a was observed across all the cell lines and tissues except mouse skeletal muscle which is a low expression model. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of K-562 (Lane 1), Caco-2 (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), 769-P (Lane 4), JeKo-1 (Lane 5), Jurkat (Lane 6), Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 7), Mouse Testis (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX), 12 well. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A28177, 1:10,000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
